students learn how to elevate ideas from drawing board to reality through interdisciplinary coursework, ideation and by participating in co-curricular activities such as:
do you have an idea that can make the world a better place? are you one of those people who naturally sees problems as opportunities? do you find yourself thinking – “if i were in charge, i know what i would do to tackle that problem?"
the inaugural palmieri center for entrepreneurship big idea competition hopes to inspire you to be mindful of the world around you, to think about the problems and opportunities facing society and to tap your innate creativity to generate a potential solution.
gather with students and business leaders for an exclusive opportunity to build your contact list and find new people and projects to partner with.
learn about intellectual property, how to find capital or just hear from others who have started their own business with one of pce's many workshops.
get your brain juices flowing in a brainstorming session in the pce office and you may just build your whole business plan, or find the right solution to a problem that you've been trying to solve.
find an opportunity that sparks your interests and it may just lead you to innovate.
working with the center’s resources and faculty helps you identify and develop the skills needed to create an entrepreneurial mindset.
the palmieri entrepreneurship center was made possible through a generous $1 million donation from mount alumni paul palmieri, c’92, and diane loiello palmieri, c’83.
