campus recreation is currently offering group fitness classes to mount students. to see the classes offered and times, please go to www.imleagues.com and create an account. pre-registration is required for all group fitness classes. we're here to support your mind, body, and spirit, be that through encouraging healthy eating habits, mindfulness, yoga, circuit training, fitness classes, or even a cardio program that you can do on your own.
